PIHRA Membership PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association) is part of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), the largest Human Resources organization in the world.  PIHRA members have access to training and resources, legislative and regulatory updates, job listings, and meetings/conferences with other business and human resources professionals, managers and executives. 2010 Membership rates Membership for one year is $125.  With the $25 processing fee, the total 2009 membership fee to join PIHRA is $150.  The membership stays with the individual, not the employer.
